• 1.6We may collect various types of information when you use the App, including parent and child profile details, child health records such as vaccination history, growth measurements, and developmental milestones, activity tracking data like feeding, sleep, and diaper changes if you choose to use these features, midwife or healthcare provider information, and device or usage data to help us improve our services.
• 1.7Optional connections: if you link 3rd-party services (e.g., cloud backup, calendar, health platforms), we receive only the data needed to provide that feature. You can disconnect anytime.

We do not share your personal information except in the following limited circumstances:

• • Service Providers (Processors): Trusted partners who host, store, or support the App (e.g. cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics). They are bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations.
• • Healthcare Professionals: Providers or midwives you explicitly choose to share your child's data with through the App.
• • Legal Requirements: To comply with court orders, laws, or protect the safety and rights of users or the public.
• • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, with advanced notification provided.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law. If you delete your account or a child profile, we delete or de-identify related data within a reasonable time, except where retention is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

• Correct any inaccurate personal or child information.
• Delete your account or child profile directly inside the App settings.
• Withdraw consent at any time by disabling optional tracker features.
• Manage notifications and promotional emails via settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers. Children should not create accounts. Parents/guardians control all child data in the App and can update or delete it at any time.

• Data is encrypted in transit and, where supported, at rest for sensitive data.
• We utilize role-based access controls, strict restrictions, and audit logs.
• Regular backups and vulnerability monitoring are performed.
• Note: No system is 100% secure. Please keep your account credentials safe.

If data is processed or stored outside your country, we protect it under this Policy and applicable law, including contractual safeguards with our processors.

We use analytics and crash-reporting SDKs strictly to improve reliability and performance. We do not embed advertising SDKs that profile children. External links are governed by their own policies.
